Black Bob Rd is an arterial street that connects commercial and residential developments. Bike lanes, shared use paths, and sidewalks will be constructed. Black Bob is a truck route. With an enhanced roadway system transit routes can be expanded.

Project Description: Widen 138th Street, add turn lanes on all approaches of the intersection of Black Bob Road for added capacity (Approximately 0.2 mile) Installing bike lanes on the approaches. Installing sidewalks and shared use paths. Expected outcomes are added capacity, reduced and more reliable travel times, safer travel for all modes of transportation.
Scope: *Widen 138th Street, add turn lanes on all approaches of the intersection of Black Bob Road for added capacity (Approximately 0.2 mile) Installing bike lanes on the approaches. Expected outcomes are added capacity, reduced and more reliable travel times, safer travel for all modes of transportation. *New Sidewalk or Shared Use Path constructed on each side of the street will provide safety for pedestrians and bicyclists.
