This new Collector Street will connect residential developments between two major arterial streets in College Blvd and 119th Street just west of K-7 Highway. Bike lanes, shared use paths, and sidewalks will be constructed with this project. With an enhanced roadway system transit routes can be expanded.

9. Project description: Construct a new Collector Street between College Blvd and 119th Street (Approximately 1.0 mile) Adding thru and turn lanes. Installing bike lanes. Installing sidewalks and shared use paths. Expected outcomes are added capacity, reduced and more reliable travel times, safer travel for all modes of transportation.
10. Scope: *Construct a new Collector Street between College Blvd and 119th Street (Approximately 1.0 mile) Adding thru and turn lanes. Installing bike lanes. Installing sidewalks and shared use paths. Expected outcomes are added capacity, reduced and more reliable travel times, safer travel for all modes of transportation. Adding turn lanes at each intersection will also improve safety & capacity. *New Sidewalk or Shared Use Path constructed on each side of the street will provide safety for pedestrians and bicyclists.
11. Project schedule: Project is anticipated to be constructed between 2021-2030.
