Scope: Streetscape improvements to commercial node at 87th and Blue Ridge Blvd utilizing the "Retail" streetscape guidelines as recommended in the Hickman Mills Area Plan. The project is 16000 feet. Improvments should provide additional traffic, pedestrian and bike safety and capacity.
