The improvement of Birmingham Rd is critical for North/South traffic flow in Liberty. With the South Liberty Parkway fully connecting East/West, Birmingham will become an important North/South connector!

This project seems to be critical and very important as a major north/south street for our expanding city. Its a great offering for our expanding city.

I can’t support this project enough...these older areas of town are in desperate need to updating as pedestrians are forced to walk to walk directly on the street. Birmingham is a becoming a major through street and needs to be addressed. This represents a legitimate need and should be prioritized accordingly.

Birmingham Rd. Is quite narrow and two-way traffic is already dangerous. With added traffic heading to the South Liberty Parkway and with increased development in the area, these improvements are past due.

We live in s neighborhood just off Birmingham and often travel Birmingham from South Liberty Parkway. The road from the railroad tracks to Ruth Ewing is too narrow and not safe. It desperately needs an upgrade to handle the increased traffic.

I truly believe this needs to be addressed. With the opening of South Liberty Parkway the people who live in the Manor Hill and White Tail Pond area use this narrow, no curbed road. It can be quite dangerous at time

This is currently a dangerous road. It is very important to upgrade this road, especially before connecting to South Liberty Parkway, since that will bring increased traffic (and better access).
