Project Description:	Streetscaping and hardscaping to create a more favorable pedestriam realm along 87th Street from US-69 east and north to 83rd Street. Primary users will be pedestrians and bicyclists.
Scope:	The project will serve pedestrians and bicyclists that use the 2.0 mile corridor. Sidewalks will be built to connect to existing sidewalks in the area. Multi-use paths will be constructed to accommodate pedestrians and bicyclists.
