This project is much needed for bikes, pedestrians, and vehicles to safely travel between Rock Creek Trail near Hidden Hollow Park and Shoal Creek Trail in Happy Rock Park.

This section of road greatly needs a "road diet" and improved traffic control. The lanes are excessively wide on the section of road and thus results in traffic nearly always exceeding the posted speed limit. This road is dangerous and needs to be redesigned to its desired "design speed."
