References Knobtown Land Use and Development Plan - this plans appears to have been last updated in 2007. The main "node" referenced in the Plan at 350 & Noland Rd. is currently undeveloped or empty property sites. This old of plan may no longer fit long range Regional planing. Not sure why this is under Active Transportation.
