Project Description:	Upgrade the last section of Edwardsville Drive between I-70 and K-32 Highway. Primary users will be motorists, pedestrians, bicyclists and freight. Roadway portions north and south of the project area have been completed or currently in the TIP (Riverview Crossroad Project).
Scope:	Roadway will be 2-3 travel lanes. The design will include continuation of the City multi-purpose trail and sidewalk and possibly bike lanes.
