The project will connect with several activity centers including the Amazon facility, Village South, the Legends and the K-7 corridor. This corridor will provide for additional transit routes and connects a bicycle corridor between a future regional connector (Turner Diagonal/College Boulevard) to Proposed Regional Corridor (K-7) according to the Regional Bikeway Plan.

Project Description: The project is approximately 10 miles in length between Turner Diagonal in KCK and 142nd St in Bonner Springs. The primary users will be motorist with secondary users being transit, bicyclists, pedestrians and freight
Scope: The roadway is expected to be 3-4 travel lanes connecting Turner Diagonal in KCK to 142nd Street in Bonner Springs. The project will include transit stops near major employers (i.e. Amazon, Hard Rock Hotel and Convention Center, and K-7 businesses) and near major intersections including at Turner Diagonal, 78th St, 110th St and K-7. The route also connects to Wyandotte County Park.
