Black Bob/Lackman is currently a two-lane road, and will be enhanced to a four-lane divided arterial. Roadways will be outfitted with bike lanes, sidewalks, and shared use paths. 175th Street is a planned bike route in the Regional Bikeway Plan.

Project Description: Black Bob/Lackman is currently a two-lane road, and will be enhanced to a four-lane divided arterial. Adding additional thru and turn lanes at intersections. Installing bike lanes, sidewalks, and shared use paths. Expected outcomes are added capacity, reduced and more reliable travel times, safer travel for all modes of transportation.
Scope: (Approximately 1 mile). This project will add capacity for motorists and improve travel time. New sidewalk, shared use path, and bike lanes will provide safety and advantage for multi-use activities. Black Bob Road/Lackman Road is currently a two-lane road, and will be enhanced to a four-lane divided arterial. Installing bike lanes, sidewalks, and shared use paths. Expected outcomes are added capacity, reduced and more reliable travel times, safer travel for all modes of transportation.
