Active Transportation, Transit: This arterial street connects commercial and residential developments. The Citys 2016 Transportation Master Plan identified 167th St for future bike lanes and shared use path. With an enhanced roadway system transit routes can be expanded.

9. Project description: Widen 167th Street from a 3-lane street to a 4-lane divided arterial from Clare Road to Lone Elm Road.
10. Scope: (Approximately 2 miles) This project will improve 167th Street from a 3-lane street to a 4-lane divided arterial from Clare Road to Lone Elm Road. Improvements will included pavement, medians, curb and gutter, storm sewer, street lights, landscaping, sidewalks, bike lanes, and all other work pertinent to completing the project.
11. Project schedule: Project is anticipated to be constructed between 2041 to 2050.
