Project Purpose:	* System expansion (added capacity) rehabilitation or replacement)
Project Description:	Construct missing link of Cedar Creek Parkway between 119th Street and 127th Street
Scope:	(Approximately 1 mile) This project will construct Cedar Creek Parkway, completing a missing link in the City’s arterial street network between 135th Street and 143rd Street. Improvements will include pavement, medians, curb and gutter, storm sewer, street lights, landscaping, and all work pertinent to completing the project. This will add capacity for motorists and improve travel times. Adding turn lanes at each intersection will also improve safety and capacity. New Sidewalk and/or Shared Use Path will be constructed on each side of the street will provide safety for pedestrians and bicyclists.
