Project Purpose:	* System expansion (added capacity) )
Project Description:	Interchange capacity improvement, with primary users including motorists, pedestrians, bicyclists, and freight.
Scope:	This project will improve the capacity of the 135th Street and I-35 interchange and ramps. The project will also include construction of auxiliary lanes at the interchange and widening the bridges over I-35. Improvements will include pavement, medians, curb and gutter, storm sewer, street lights, landscaping, and all work pertinent to completing the project. This project will add capacity for motorists and improve travel times. New Sidewalk and/or Shared Use Path will be constructed to provide safety for pedestrians and bicyclists.
