On-street bike lanes will be provided and will provide a connection to the citys Meadow Lane Trail and Gary Holler Trail. Ridgeview is a truck route. With an enhanced roadway system transit routes can be expanded.

Project Description:	Capacity Improvement project widening Ridgeview Rd from 4 lane divided arterial to 6 lanes between K10 interchange and College Blvd. Primary users will be Motorists, Freight, and Transit. Supplemental users would be bike/pedestrian.
Scope:	Widen Ridgeview Road, between K10 and College Blvd from 4 to 6 lanes. (Approximately 1 mile) Adding additional thru and turn lanes. Installing bike lanes. Installing sidewalks and shared use paths. Expected outcomes are added capacity, reduced and more reliable travel times, safer travel for all modes of transportation.
